Attempted to reach through website, email, and by phone. No response. Never used services. ***After review, company made poor attempt for service recovery. Greg, by phone, deferred me to a different service which is fine, but did not seek information about the second issue after I noted there was one. Hayley attempted recovery by sending an email templated from review response. No response to my reply. I allowed final opportunity for company to follow up in 5 star fashion. At this point they lost potential for an ongoing pest and lawn customers.

One of the worst experience we had with pest control. Very hard to reach them. Tried calling them multiple times. They don’t respond on text or have an app where you can report pest control related issues or scheduling. It way expensive for the kind of service they provide. I even used there yard services where they did aeration and seeding. Very expensive with no effective result. Photos of my lawn attach after fall aeration and seeding. Would not recommend them

I canceled my initial appointment, no one has ever been out to provide a service and yet I still being billed monthly. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Absolutely will not recommend and any chance of me using you in the future is now zero.

I just moved to this house last summer. The previous owner had a contract with Gunter for termites. Gunter never reached out to me to ask if I wanted to continue the contract. They also didn't contact me prior to coming out. They came out and apparently looked at the stations in the ground, didn't add anything or change anything. Then I get an invoice for that service. When I called to discuss the woman that answered didn't help at all. She was suppose to transfer me to a supervisor and all I got was a voicemail. The message was never returned. Horrible customer service. And charged to walk around my property for 9 minutes. Ridiculous! Don't recommend!

I've used this company for years, but it's very difficult to get in touch with someone in the office. The phone is always busy or no ever answers (at the Waldo location). I'm going to keep using them but it's a source of frustration for me every year when I have to renew my membership for services.

Save your time and money and don't call them they don't show up to appointments they tell you they won't charge you for it but .. They don't bring the right equipment and then they tell you to call another company because they can't handle the problem after wasting a month and a half. And then they try to bill you for not doing anything

I had a contract with another company that called every year to set up a my yearly appointment. They were great. My contract was then sold to Gunter and I was told that my contract would be valid with them. Yea. Well, they came back the first year and I've never heard form them again. I guess the renewal phone call was the problem.
