So let’s start with the customer service warm and welcoming definitely felt like I was family I went to purchase a sandwich but card declined due to fraudulent activity on it they gave me the sandwich free of charge and it was one of the best vegan breakfast sandwiches I’ve had will definitely leave a nice tip next time I return!

Thank you so much for doing all of this for people like myself...I remember being so incredibly emotional and embarrassed of that because I could not enjoy one crumb at these beautiful and delicious shops. While visiting Philly we made sure to stop at Batter and Crumbs and it was delicious!
The woman working the register was so kind and patient as I was not quick to make a decision.
There is not a huge selection, but I think that is because what they make, they make REALLY well. We had coffee and hot chocolate which were both very well made. We had a gf breakfast sandwich and a spinach jawn. The latter was special. Not your regular spinach pie taste. The canolli was a bit heavier then normal, but the flavor was perfect. The brownie is thick and decadent. And the crispies treat was fun and yummy! I hope to visit again! Highly recommend.

Batter & Crumb is an absolute gem of a vegan bakery! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the most delightful aroma of freshly baked goods. The selection of treats is truly impressive, and as a vegan, it's so refreshing to have a bakery that offers such a wide variety of options.
The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they were more than happy to help me navigate their menu to find the perfect treats for my dietary preferences. I ended up trying their vegan lemon cake with vanilla icing and lemon curd. The flavors were rich, the textures perfect, and the presentation was beautiful.
Not only were the baked goods delicious, but the atmosphere of the bakery itself is cozy and inviting. It's clear that the team at Batter & Crumb puts a lot of care into what they do, and it truly shows in the quality of their products.
I highly recommend this bakery to anyone, whether you're vegan or not. Batter & Crumb is a true standout in the world of bakeries, and I can't wait to come back and try more of their delectable treats!

Oh my god. Everything is so good. I have really.... high standard for pastries and coffee. I didn't expect anything when I came in here. I was amazed. I just wish they have more stores. It's too far away. And I want to add this for the people that are looking for a place to study or get work done. The cafe is small and it gets crowded quickly. Hope this helped !

Great place. Great atmosphere. However, I love real cream in my coffee and did not notice anywhere that it was a vegan cafe.. I feel if you ask for cream, you should be told that it's not real cream. I Only found out by looking at the receipt. Is vegan posted anywhere outside? If so, it should be more clear.
