We used Canadian Custom Apparel to print t-shirts for the 2nd annual Adoration Colour Run. The shirts were the cheapest price I could find anywhere, but were great quality. The printing turned out really nice. We got all the sizes we ordered exactly. Great service, professional to work with and our event turned out great. Thanks Andy and Adrian!

This place is great at what they do. If you can think of it, they can put it on a shirt or sweatshirt or anything for that matter. Not only are you able to customize it any way you want, the staff is helpful throughout the process even giving some advice or suggestions on where to go with your idea.
Taking into account what they did (I had a pretty in-depth sweatshirt idea), the service provided and the quality of product, their price point was right on. Not to mention how quickly they were able to complete the work.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for customized merchandise.

Test washed this HERO2020 Hoodie DTG printed by Canadian Custom Apparel. After the 5th wash I've noticed the print lifting and flaking off. The details were not holding up.
I asked why this is happening and they blamed my design is causing it. They cannot reassure you with a good print. I asked for compensation and they did not consider it.
Unfortunate experience with these guys. Was hoping better.

An honest review: Tried to contact them via phone as they had provided good personal service a long time ago.
Over a month I talked with someone who took my messages and claimed I would recieve a call but never did anyone call me back. Ok maybe there was an unusual circumstance... Ordered online with 3 requests and none were answered. Changed delivery address but still had to take a day off work once I was notified they didnt bother to update it. COVID so maybe its just a bad time all around. Some of the product did not look like it was advertised, clear, obvious visual differences. I questioned it while propositioning another order and got a response that was not akin to someone willing to do anything within reason to make a customer happy, I was bit surprised at how devensive they seemed when I challenged an obvious difference. My personal expereince was overall poor and I found a more effecient company in Toronto.

I sense that there are a lot of fake reviews. As others have mentioned, they boast customer service but will blame you and not take accountability. If you do order from Canadian Custom Apparel, I recommend you do in-store pick up and CAREFULLY check each item one by one. I regret choosing the free shipping offer. Unlike other print shops, Canadian Custom Apparel does not appear to do any Quality Assurance checks before sending the order. I had hundreds of dollars worth of items damaged or stained for our event. When brought to their attention, they did not want to take any accountability or offered any compensation. Other print shops in the GTA will also carefully fold and pack your order for each individual item because they care about your order and their reputation. Canadian Custom Apparel does not seem to care... They will just throw your order in a big dirty cardboard box without any consideration. You'll honestly see better care and packing with $5 items on amazon than your order worth thousands of dollars here.
