One of the best diets I’ve ever made. I lost in only 6 weeks about 7kg weight and 5.1% body fat! I highly recommend trying out this challenge, if you want to do something with your body. You get a lot of different workouts, meal plans and help every time you need it. Sure it’s still hard work (every diet is), but if you really do what the program tells you to, it’s possible for everyone!

Would highly recommend this program. I lost 23 lbs. at the end of my 6 week challenge. I have tried other diets and workout programs in the past and this was the only one that showed real results. Quite demanding but easy to follow and very exciting to follow through the program as you gradually see results.

Found Gravity Transformation on YouTube and really enjoyed the videos and the way they were presented. After most of the videos they had their add for the six week challenge. I usually ignore these, but as I’ve been getting older I have been gaining weight. After a while I thought I might as well try it, and I have to say it worked. After the six weeks I lost about 22 pounds and almost 7% body fat. I am very excited about this new change in my life and plan to keep it up.

It was a really cool challenge. I lost 21.3 lbs (or 9,7kg for everyone with a normal measuring system :D) in this 6 weeks :) I liked the most that I could choose between different meal plans, so there should be a solution for everyone ;) All of them are easy to follow

GTZ was an awesome experience as a whole! I have hit new PR's while on this diet which was mind-boggling to me because we were cutting but I guess progressive overload changed my mindset. The online coaching aspect of it is great bc you can fit everything around your own personal life , so you’re not going out of your way to meet and speak to your trainer. My trainer Rad was amazing ! He never made me feel bad for asking so many questions and was truly helpful with any concerns I brought up or help I felt I needed. Each of the six weeks you were encouraged to keep going. Personally, during weeks three and four I hit a wall and was feeling down but each week they send you new motivation videos and just having that was enough to push you forward. If you meal prep, the food aspect of it is great, there was a variety of choices in each of the allotted categories so I never felt like I was constantly eating the same thing. In the six weeks, I lost a total of 25 pounds and morale wise I’m as ecstatic as I’ve been since high school. If you choose to do this program don’t give up! Me and my family looked at my body every day and didn’t see any difference. But , by week 5 , I had coworkers and friends who don’t see me every day telling me I had looked skinnier and more cut. I’ve already recommended this program to my friends and would say, if you’re serious about wanting to lose some weight , this is the program for you.

I found Gravity Transformation from Youtube. I lost 5% body fat(24.6% to 19.6%) and 13 pounds(177lbs to 164lbs) during their 6 week program! Highly recommended for anyone who are challenged by extra fat but has no systematic knowledge about how to manage weight, nutrition and health. Yes, to live a physical healthy life, one need to dedicate lots of study and hard work. Just looking at random post from the internet or watching random Youtube video is not enough. Thanks to this challenge I lost 6.8 kg and about 5% of my body fat in only 6 weeks. I feel definetly better than before, I feel more active in my daily activities and I gained a lot of strenght, so I see a lot of improvement when exercising. I am really happy that I have achieved my goal :D

I lost ~5% Bf through this challenge. There are a variety of diet and exercise program for everyone (vegan, keto, intermittent fasting, home workout, etc...). The team was really friendly and helpful as well. Definitely worth a shot.
