I loved the diet. The ability to choose which route you prefer (intermittent fasting/5 meals daily etc.) Never felt hungry. I found the exercise a bit hard for my weight but you adapt. Everything was there videos, meal plan, exercise, small cook book, and worst comes to worst...just ask Rad. In total I lost 31 lbs. in 6 weeks.

Tried The 6 Week Challenge and I can't believe it... I lost 10 Kg!!! The workouts are amazing both the in home and gym version, the videos in each week give a bunch of helpful information and they've taught me many things I didn't know and yet are so important to keep a healthy lifestyle. Speaking of, the nutrition program is super duper good. It takes strength of will and effort but it is possible! Thank you guys for everything and for those of you that haven't decided yet don't hesitate, this is the best program I've ever seen.

I highly recommend the program! Rad is awesome with communication and advice. The Facebook group is helpful and supportive. When I saw my progress photos from week to week, it gave me motivation to keep going. It is worth every penny and you will get results as long as you're following the program. I lost 6.7% body fat. My abs are more toned and my waist is more defined.

For the first time in my life I reached GOALS on my body! I lost 13.2 lb and 5.9 % body fat in 42 days and learned that by doing things right and consistently, my body will respond! I have already signed up to continue with these guys after the challenge. My next goal is: I wanted to be shredded! I also want to lose 3 % additional body fat while building up some lean muscle! I am pretty sure that being consistent, having discipline and following a plan will lead me to my dream body!

Throughout doing the 6 week challenge I found it easy to follow by having everything nicely laid out for you. The different options to meet the nutrition plan was extremely helpful. Overall I lost 15.5 lbs and 5.8% body fat. It has been a pleasure to work with the coaches and everyone else over those 6 weeks.

I liked very much the Gravity Challenge. Despite the word “Challenge”, it is actually easy to follow. They provide you with a nutrition plan, workouts and motivational videos during the six weeks. They also have coaches that you can contact by SMS, email or post your question into their FB page. I lost 15 lbs. and 6.5% FAT. You have all the elements to succeed, but you have to be committed to this effort and you will love the results.

This program is the real deal! No gimmicks. No secret agendas. No regrets. I lost 26 lbs in 6 weeks and I did it by following their very easy, well-designed and effective program of clean eating,exercising and accountability. We all know that's how it's done but their Accountability Facebook Page of members working toward the same goal, inspiring each other and holding each one of us accountable was the key factor for me. Without this element I would have felt alone in my journey and lost. Being able to ask online coaches and members questions about diet, exercise, etc at any time and get immediate answers was also very helpful. I only wish I would have known about this program years ago! I highly recommend Gravity Transformation.....hands down the best program I have tried!

I found Gravity Transformation on Youtube and was instantly hooked with the videos. I was working out a lot the month of May but didn't see any result. I knew I needed to have some fire under my butt to really work on my diet and keep me accountable. That's where Gravity Training Zone came in. It was great to have a diet program to follow what you can eat from the list of items given as well as an exercise program even one that you can use without any gym equipments. As long as you follow the program, you will see result. My goal was to lose body fat % and I lost at least 7% body fat and inches from my waist. My clothes fit better and I couldn't be happier and finally comfortable again in my own skin. Best thing is if you reach your goal of body fat % or weight loss, you can get your refund deposit back. That's even more fire under your butt to really stick to the program. Thank you to the team as well as Facebook group for always cheering you on and keeping you going. Bravo.

Am not sure where to start from. One thing I can say is that I have learnt so much about health and wellness, and my body is 6 weeks than I have ever done in my entire life. Now I feel I can be someone’s personal trainer, accountability partner and or motivator. First of all, I will like to say a BIG Thank You to the creator of this program and my coach, though it was mentally and physically challenging. If you are an individual that needs motivation and can’t challenge yourself on your own, the online program isn’t for you. I feel the program and the coach can do better at being involved with their client. The reason, I won’t go into details, but one thing I can say is that I never spoke verbally with my coach over the phone, our communication was strictly text message and in many cases when I reached out to him/her it took over 24hours to get a response. However, since the positive outweighed the negative (and there is no such thing as “perfect program or people", myself included) I will like to focus on talking about the positive outcome of this program. I lost 13.8lb, 9.8% body fat, gained 7lb of muscle, my BMI went down by 2.4 and bone density went up by .4%. Need I say more? My outcome was as a result of working-out a minimum of 5-6 days (cardio and weigh training 5-6 a day in the AM and on an empty stomach) a week, of which two of those days I worked out twice a day (doing weight training). Also, I did Yoga and Pilates (3-4 times a week for about 45mins to help stretch-out my muscles). I do not recommend anyone working out this rigorous not everyone’s life style or mental state can permitted this. I am very happy with my result and I have lost more inches since I finished the 6 weeks program. Guys, I can see my abs definition, insane!!!! This was a huge sacrifice, but one thing I can say is that it paid off. I get so much compliment on how I look – "toned" which has always been my goal. I have implemented the program and workout in my daily activities, but not as rigorous as the 6 weeks challenge program. Lastly, I recommend that people subscribing to their YouTube channel, I watch 1-2 videos a day (and in some case I re-watch them just to remind myself of what I need to do to attain the result I want and to maintain it. All in all, it way an excellent program!!!! It changed my life and it can change yours too.

I came to GTZ to help me get motivated and be more confident and they truly succeeded in what I wanted. I lost 21 pounds and 7% of my body fat in 6 weeks. I highly recommend gravity training zone! I just finished the 6 week challenge at the Morganville location and am proud to say I exceeded my goals for myself. I lost over 11 lbs and 5% body fat! I just completed a 6 week challenge at GTZ in Marlboro. I am happy to report that I lost 24 lbs. and 2.8% body fat. I enjoyed all of the classes offered and found all trainers to be motivating and supportive. I would highly recommend GTZ to others.

I loved the 6 week challenge. I lost 29lbs and 4.5% body fat. The meal plan was what really helped the most. The workouts are intense but you feel so accomplished after. Highly recommended.
