Just got my eyebrows done for the first time, it was such a lovely experience with great staff. Thank you so much tinele (I'm so sorry I hope I spelt that right) for waxing my eyebrows and making them look absolutely fabulous. I'll definitely be coming back

I had the radiant facial. My skin therapist was Emily who has attended to me in the past. She is Amazing. This place offers a customised service for your skin needs. It’s Elegant and respectful. The attendants obtain your consent through the process and ensure you are briefed on what they are doing. It’s very comforting when you have your eyes closed. It allows you to relax and trust in the process. You leave feeling that you have done something special for yourself. I have come here for years and highly recommend this place

I had the back and neck massage done by Tennile. I was suffering from really bad upper back pain and after two sessions it’s so much better. I went in today, had an eyebrow wax and the pedicure, facial power peel and LED treatment pack.
The entire experience was amazing. I’m a very anxious person and have also been working extremely hard during the pandemic, but more during the last few months and I was instantly relaxed as I walked in. Even during the eyebrow waxing!
A little bit of wax did drop into my hair, and I asked if they had something to get it out, mistakes happen I wasn’t too fussed just didn’t want to have to cut it out. The staff were able to get it out and even that was so relaxing. They ended up not charging me for the eyebrow wax which was far too generous of them, I did not expect that at all as I am extremely happy with my eyebrows and the entire experience.
I’ve never had a pedicure or facial before, but will be back for sure. Best way to kick off my week off work!
