Excellent customer service! Within 4 or 5 sessions I felt relief! Alpa and Utsavi have always treated me well, answering my questions and explaining the treatment they were providing. Before I came for treatment the pain in my jaw and neck was excruciating and it was difficult to cope with day to day tasks, including eating. However, after the first couple of weeks of treatment, I was feeling less pain and it was easier to complete day to day tasks! After continuing with treatment over the last 3 months, the pain has lessened and it is easier eat with no pain and my jaw and neck have strengthened. I have Alpa and Utsavi to thank for feeling better and being able to get back to my normal routines! I highly recommend Complete Care Physiotherapy Centre!

The staff are very attentive and professional. There is never any pressure to continue treatment if you feel it time to stop. Alpa treated me and I was very satisfied regarding her competency, empathy and ability to treat the source of the pain.

I was hesitant coming here for physio, but despite my fears this place had good reviews and it is easy to get here from my house (there are parking options, and it very accessible to me by bus). I’ve been working exclusively with Physiotherapist Alpa and her PTA Utsavi; and have been able to see progress in a months time but due to my extraneous lifestyle I’ve had a few setbacks.
Alpa is a great physiotherapist because she actually cares! You know when you go to your doctor and you tell them something doesn’t feel right and sometimes they shrug you off? Alpa is the opposite (I am not saying she is a doctor; I went to her additionally for a persistent pain/ache and she’s helped me lessen the pain with stretches and treatment).
Alpa investigates what could be wrong by taking the time to figure out what tasks happen during the day that might be trigger to the pain/ ache/ w/e is ailing you. And on top of that she makes very great suggestions on how to work the exercises into your day-to-day bc it is SO important to recovery.
Alpa and the team here is really great and I recommend this place to my coworkers because it is close by and so great! I’ve worked with physiotherapist Geeta and Riley and they’re just as great. I get massages from therapist & chiropractor Ivan and I feel so well after each session!
So if you’re not sure whether to give this physiotherapy place a try I say go for it!

The team at Complete Care Physiotherapy has honestly brought me back to life. I had a traumatic injury during the delivery of my baby boy. I suffered an extremely rare nerve injury (Femoral nerve injury) that left my left leg extremely weak with left leg paralysis. Essentially, I could not walk. You can imagine the heartbreak and challenges of not being able to care for your new baby due to safety of both myself and my son. I called several physio's in and around the GTA and most gave me zero hope and seemed to have very little to knowledge of my condition. Until Alpa. She saw me through the most difficult time in my life. She got me from not walking/moving to lunges, squats, stairs, walking unassisted and most importantly, she got me to be able to safely care for my son! With laser therapy, stretches, re-training my nerves and muscles, EMS and massage, I am BACK! An injury with a timeline of 6-12 months was greatly reduced to 3 months which even impressed my neurologist. Of course, her incredible team also helped me tremendously. Utsavi and Riley have an incredible way of listening and understanding patients' concerns and always kept me smiling and laughing throughout the process. Alpa - thank you for your patience, extensive knowledge, and compassion. Thank you for being such an integral part in my healing journey. Geeta who I saw on a few occasions also was great to work with. To the entire team at CCPC - again, THANK YOU!! You work miracles at your clinic.

After having had a major trauma, I felt a severe low back pain. I’ve decided to see Dr. Ivan Kirov, Chiropractor at the Complete Care Physiotherapy Center. It was the best decision ever. Dr. Ivan Kirov is very knowledgeable, patient, competent, compassionate and professional. He has carefully listened to all my concerns and right away identified the issues I had with my low back. After 11 sessions I could feel a huge difference. My pain has completely disappeared. Even my son has noticed how easily I could get up from the bed in the morning. Also before, it was a real struggle for me. Now, I can enjoy my life again! Because life is a constant movement! I’m very grateful to Dr. Ivan Kirov!!! I strongly recommend him to everyone, who is looking for a great Chiropractor!!!
