I can’t say enough good things about Alpa and Utsavi and the effectiveness of care they’ve provided me over the past 6 weeks. I’ve struggled with mid-back tightness for approximately 10 years due to an injury left untreated from playing sports in university as well as probably having terrible posture when studying. I’ve gone to chiropractors over the years that have helped regain my range of motion but I still felt like I plateaued and needed additional management to sort out the rest of the issue. After my first session with Alpa and Utsavi, they were incredibly quick with understanding what I was experiencing and more importantly coming up with a treatment plan. They have helped me immensely through their various forms of physiotherapy in their clinic (especially shockwave therapy - personally) but also have provided me with the tools to continue progressing on my own. They’ve been a game changer and I haven’t had this much mobility in years. As someone who works outside all day everyday, their treatment and methods have already made a difference. On top of their skills it also helps that they are both very kind, approachable and have a great sense of humour. Can’t recommend them enough!

Kayanee and Stuti are sooo sweet, caring and so helpful when it came to my physiotherapy for my right side of my mid to upper back. They gave me extremely helpful exercises to do at home/work, and always making sure I understand the exercises every time I see them. kayanee does a great job massaging my back muscles and Stuti comes in with the red light therapy that’s so warm and toasty. This amazing combo has helped my back so much especially for my line of work, where I’m on my feet all day my back is definitely soooo much happier

I had a great invigorating experience with both Alpa, physiotherapist and Utsavi, her assistant. Both ladies were professional, caring and considerate with my treatment which extended over 6 months.
All the staff (including Siham, receptionist) were polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend Complete Care Physiotherapy Centre if such services were needed.

I've been doing physio here for a few weeks now and the results are tremendous.
I've been working with Alpa and her assistant Utsavi, and both of them have been doing an amazing job of helping with my severe hip pain.
I have gone from being almost in tears with the slightest movement, to finally being able to sit cross-legged and perform all the stretches with much more ease than when I first started.
Each visit consists of new stretches to help strengthen my hip, and a few minutes of laser therapy to help promote blood flow and quick healing.
I am seeing and feeling the results.

I came here because of Vertigo, and received excellent knowledgeable care. The physiotherapist Alpa was experienced with this and gave me the massage exercises and exercises to do at home. Assistance from delightful Utsavi, added comforting laser therapy. Organized and professional care received. I am on my third appointment and feeling very much better. Vertigo is disappearing, I highly recommend!

Dr. Fayaz Ahmed is amazing. He's extremely thorough and genuinely committed to helping relieve my pain. What I really appreciate is how he takes the time to educate me on supplements and explain the “why” behind each treatment. His background in Western medicine gives him a deep understanding of how the body works, and he combines that knowledge beautifully with acupuncture. He also follows up after appointments through emails summarizing the treatment and my progression— which shows how much he truly cares about his patients. I always leave feeling cared for and in good hands. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and dedicated acupuncturist!

This is the place to go if you need physiotherapy care. Pankti listened, and cared about my progress. I was in great pain (pulled lower back) when I first walked in and what a relief I felt. Help At Last! After trying chiropractors and other physiotherapists I am finally getting the personalized, professional and effective help I needed to address my sciatica and ancillary problems. Alpa supported me with pelvic floor therapy during my third trimester, which made such a difference in managing pain and was incredibly helpful during delivery as well. After my baby arrived, I reached out to her again, and even though I couldn’t book an appointment right away, she still offered thoughtful guidance that really helped. I continue to rely on her expertise for my postpartum needs. I highly recommend her—she’s both professional and genuinely supportive. From the very first session, she put me at ease, which is so important when it comes to pelvic care.

Brought my Mom here for physio after she complained about Waking up with neck pain. We did several appointments with Pankti and I always found her pleasant and professional. I have been coming to complete care physiotherapy centre for past few weeks as a WSIB patient for my concussion, and also go regularly for their massage therapy services.
This place starts to feel like your home as soon as you enter. The front desk- Kareena, Diya and Utsavi are kind, helpful, and very accommodating when scheduling any appointments.
The physiotherapist- Kalyanee Deshpande and physiotherapist assistant, Stuti Punshi are absolutely wonderful! They're professional and knowledgeable in what they do.
Wendy- their massage therapist is excellent as well. She has helped me relieve a lot of my soreness and pain.
Overall, the environment is clean and welcoming as well. I always look forward to coming back here. It's a 10/10!
