**Beast Customer Service*** Marcus and the entire team provide great customer service. I was looking at an BMW X5 they have. I was due to test driver it on Tuesday but they informed it would have to go into the shop for servicing and before I could reschedule with them, Marcus told me that they would deliver the car to me in Bryan, TX to test drive that Friday. I thought this was super awesome!! Come Friday they car showed up. I was able to take my time inspecting it and test driving it. Marcus even offered to let me keep it over night, but I did not feel comfortable doing that. They also coordinated with my personal mechanical inspector to see, inspect and test drive the car before it got to me. Even though we could not come to an agreement on the purchase price, Marcus and this dealer ship showed true customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. Marcus was never pushy with trying to sale the X5 to me and he kept me updated daily on what was going on with the repair and delivery for the test drive. Highly recommend going through Marcus and this dealership if you are looking for used car.

Marcus was very easy to work with, very straight forward, and made my purchase fair and straight forward. Traded in a vehicle and was given a fair market value, all of which occurred from hours away.
