My wife and I were shopping for a Suburban for the past few months. We found what we were looking for online at Motor Trends Houston. When we called, we spoke to Derek who explained that they specialize in online buying and ship their vehicles. We live in Austin so this was very helpful. We had never purchased a car this way but they made it very easy. They took detailed pictures and video so we could see everything we needed to. Marcus was our sales person and we were able to stay in touch via phone and text daily. Marcus worked with us on our trade and on the price of the new Suburban to get us where we needed to be. They had a driver come directly to our home to drop off the new Suburban and pick up our trade. The whole process only took half an hour. We noticed that the rear head rests were missing, when we let Marcus know, he jumped on it immediately and ordered new ones and had them shipped to our home. We couldn’t be happier with our new car and the entire process from start to finish with Marcus and Derek. This has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend working with Motor Trends Houston!
