I have had 2 experiences with Motor trends. and both times ended well. My first visit was in 2015. We found a car we liked, Test drove it and just didn't really love it afterwards. The salesman was really great through it all. He wasn't pushy, didn't use any pressure tactics, and it was a great experience. My second visit was yesterday. Found another car I liked on line, came into see it and test drive and really liked it and went forward with the process. The buying process was just as smooth as the experience on the lot. My salesman was Ron and He took care of everything! We quickly got financing covered, trade in, and etc and I was in and out in my new car. I came back to this place because of my first experience and years ago and I'm glad I did and will continue to come back.

Great experience today with Ronnell and Mike buying a 2019 Four Runner, I would highly recommend this dealership, all cars are high end and immaculate and the staff went out of their way to answer all my questions.I will certainly look to them for future purchases.........Richard Loynes MD

About a month ago I totaled my car- a beautiful Mercedes wagon. I had tried to find a replacement to no avail. Last Monday was a last ditch effort to test drive a wagon at a dealership in Houston (almost 4 hours away). The car I drove to see was a bust, but something nudged me to Google my criteria one last time and I had one result: a late model wagon at Motor Trends, which was 40 minutes in the opposite direction. I'm so glad I made the drive! The car was in really good condition (she's a beauty), and the price was not crazy- it was exactly what I'd been looking for! Ronell was so great. I told him my situation before the test drive- low credit score due to not very much history, no down payment, and no trade (not his ideal customer, I'm sure...). He was kind and helpful and if he thought I was crazy he didn't let it show. In fact while they were bringing the wagon around, Garrick (the GM) came out and let me know he had ordered four new tires for the vehicle and it would be re-detailed before sale. He too was helpful, kind and genuinely seemed glad I was there. Later, we had a lovely conversation as we waited for the credit options to come through. Michael, the Finance Manager, was exceptional. He too treated me no differently than any other customer- I was met with kindness, care and the distinct impression he knows exactly what he's doing. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered any and all questions I had. He was humorous and smart and engaging and put me at ease in a situation that tends to be apprehensive. They were all so wonderful and got me into the wagon I wanted! Due to the tires, we scheduled it for delivery (for free!!) and it was delivered yesterday in almost perfect condition. You'd never guess it wasn't new. Plus, a full tank of fuel- now THAT is a nice touch! I have no doubt in the future when I need another wagon they'll find one for me- and Motor Trends is just exactly where I will go to find it! Thanks, guys. You're the best!

I bought a truck from them 4 years ago and it was excellent. Hopefully about to buy another one.
