From the little video they sent to the signing it service was exceptional!! They’re super accommodating, and crazy helpful! They got me in the car I wanted with no hassle, and in terms that were easy affordable and agreeable! In less than 20 minutes they had an approval, and negotiated terms on my behalf w the lender. Explained every detail and answered every question. I had a lot of them!! I can’t say enough great things about them! They even stayed late for my pickup. ❤️ I would say they really want to sale you a car, but they really only want to sale you a car YOU want and get you the BEST deal you possibly can for it.

From beginning to end we had a five star experience. After looking all over Houston and then the Internet, we found Motor Trends of Houston to have great pricing. Given that they were an hour away from our house, I called and spoke to Ronnel Ram with direct questions and with as it turns out, very honest answers! Based on Ron’s answers, I drove out and found the car to be exactly what I wanted and even better, exactly as described. We purchased it on the spot. As Ronnell was making the vehicle make ready, we worked with Mike in finance. Mike was an absolute pleasure. The experience the two of them gave me was not what I expect from a used/new car buying experience. What I noticed about their fleet of cars is that they’re all nice, clean, as described and very well priced. I had driven out by myself and to my delight they trailered my original vehicle back home.
