Where do I start? If you are impulsive like me to buy a vehicle, cross-country without seeing it then look no further seriously. I found a 2018 Range Rover Sport R-Dynamic 5.0 V8 Supercharged at Motor Trends of Houston. I spoke with Mike who was straightforward and to the point. I explained I lived 1,767 miles away in upstate NY and he reassured me he could get it delivered right to my front lawn. Almost felt too good to be true talk about Amazon Prime!! haha I received the Range 9 days later right to my city Mike kept me updated every step of the way and even sent me pictures of it being loaded on the truck. Unfortunately, I received the vehicle drove it for a day and it began to overheat. Talk about panic attacks. I called Mike and explained what happened and the Owner called me the next day! Garrick Hatfield is a man of his word. He had the Range transported to the nearest Land Rover dealership, which is 2 hours away. Long story short he handled business with them and a stressful coolant issue that was VERY PRICEY along with a few minor things were covered stress-free on my end. Garrick apologized for not having my SUV for almost 2 weeks and paid for a full vehicle wash and shampoo of my choice for the inconvenience. Overall best of the best!
