Motor Trends of Houston and the sales rep I worked with Ronell Ram, both deserve a big THANK YOU and the HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! They are a 10 STAR DEALER!
Here is my experience with Motor Trends of Houston. They OUTSHINED all other “big name” dealers I’ve worked with from west to east:
The owner personally initially replied to my offer RESPECTFULLY. He did not brush me off and say the price is the price (like all other car dealers do).
My sales rep Ronell Ram was courteous, professional, always replied to my inquiries IMMEDIATELY, sent the details I asked for IMMEDIATELY, actually answered the phone when I called, replied to my texts IMMEDIATELY and came across as a genuine down-to-earth guy, not someone tainted by sales. I never had to chase him down or keep calling for answers. (I’ve experienced so many lousy salesmen out there who are lazy, unhelpful and simply don’t care, or make you wait for answers.)
When the car was being picked up they noticed a gouge in one tire. Immediately Ronell alerted me and said they would cover the cost to replace it. After the car was delivered I replaced both front tires to keep the tread even. The owner of Motor Trends of Houston kindly and generously reimbursed me for both tires! Now that is saying a lot about the HONORABLE CHARACTER of the OWNER! He didn’t cry and bellyache over money, he said “this is the right thing to do for my customer.” YOU WON’T FIND THAT INTEGRITY and GENEROSITY with any other dealership in the world!
(In the past several cars I purchased online and had shipped to myself, I’ve had cars delivered with cat hair, dirty, smelly, missing parts, broken here and there, paint issues not disclosed, etc., and it was a tooth and nail fight to get those other monopolistic billion-dollar dealerships to correct and pay for the issues—and we’re talking all Mercedes dealerships folks!)
I tell you folks I’ve worked with the “big name” dealers from west to east, and none of them can hold a candle to Motor Trends of Houston. You can see it and feel it that the owner has worked to create a 10 Star Dealership and Buying Experience and he makes sure it happens! And the employees are always a reflection of ownership and management. Motor Trends attracts good, decent, respectful, normal people because that is who the owner is!
My car arrived exactly as advertised and described. It was superiorly showroom clean by someone who put pride into detailing it and preparing it for sale. We love the car!
The paperwork experience was easy-peasy. The follow up was outstanding. Before I ever purchase another car, I will reach out to Motor Trends to check inventory and even let them know I’m in the market. I never want to experience any less, ever again.
I believe there is no more Honorable, Respectful, Down-To-Earth, Full-of-Integrity car dealership than Motor Trends of Houston. Again, absolutely 10 Stars! Thank you!
