I purchased a car here and I live 1500 miles away. I was very nervous of spending big money on an AMG GT S with never taking a look at the car in person. The sale and delivery went very smooth. My salesman Mike Mancin handled everything. When the car arrived there was an issue with the aftermarket exhaust where I couldn’t get it inspected and passed where I live in VA. They could have said it was not a warranty issue or stuck with the all sales are final and would have gone down a drawn out fight. That did not happen. After getting estimates of what it would cost to get the car emissions compliant, they spent over $6000 for the installation of the compliant exhaust. They stand by their cars. A lesser or shady dealership would have not done that. The sales manager Kelly Galvin worked all the details and worked with a shop near me to get the work done and paid for. You can be sure that they care about customers and their reputation. Even the customers that are across the country.
