Used Motor Trends for an out of state purchase and was my first time doing so. Mike was helpful and consistent, even when away from work. They provided more details than any local dealers and included photos an inspection report with undercarriage photos, scan tool photos and everything else. Car came almost exactly as described, minus a couple minor interior findings. But that can be expected with a used car. Always do your due diligence with out of state purchases, but would recommend Motor Trends and Mike. Thanks again to their team.

Buying a vehicle is usually a nightmare. I hate haggling with sales people, worse the finance team, and I can't stand high pressure sales. Motor Trends of Houston is none of that. The experience was terrific. Quite frankly, this is the most informal vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Texted to make sure the car was still available and recieved a timely response. Arrived and briefly discussed with Ronell what my intentions were. No sales tactics for the test drive, provided my documentation and handed me the keys. Took a quick test drive and by the time I returned they had a fair price for my trade in (and accepted my counter); again, without any sales tactics. No pressure for any add-ons, extended warranties, or anything else. In and out in about 1 - 1.5 hours. Would recommend to anyone and will return in the future.
