Dr. Rosati performed my soft tissue graft surgery. She explained everything throughout the surgery so I always knew what was happening and not nervous or uncomfortable. I did not experience any bruising or swelling after surgery, which showed me what a great job she did since I typically bruise very easily. I ran into some issues with bleeding in the donor tissue site about a week after surgery and Dr. Rosati and the staff quickly got me in to address the situation. Dr. Rosati went above and beyond to control the bleeding and I could tell she genuinely cared about my well-being. Everyone at the office is extremely kind and helpful and I also appreciated the care the office staff takes to ensure the patient's safety during this pandemic.

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out at the Palm Harbor location, nice and clean building with a great staff who not only are experts at their profession but know how to make you feel comfortable pre and post operation.
Shoutout to Dr.Blundell, Ana and Demetrius they’re an all star line up of professionals anybody would be lucky to have.

FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! I had my wisdom tooth removed at Coastal Jaw by Dr. Jason B. Blundell. Before the surgery I was very nervous and a little loopy, they cared for me and talked me through the process of the procedure. I would 100% recommend Coastal Jaw because they care for their patients, they are professional, and they have an amazing team!

I seriously can not say enough great things about my experience with Coastal Jaw Surgery at Palm Harbor. I had a root canal about 8 years ago, by a completely different dentist, and it was a fiasco ever since. I would randomly experience pain and issues but I just tolerated it with over the counter products. One day, out of the blue, I went from 0 to 100 on a scale of 10 pain scale. I am no tough guy, but I am an accident prone bonehead, so I can justify that. I woke up and was soon waiting at my normal dentist to open their doors around sunrise... looking for any sense of relief. They did what they could but said I really needed to see a specialist and recommend Coastal. 20 min later I was in Coastal's lobby and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly by the staff when I walked in. They took one look at me and immediately created a plan for me to be seen at the absolute first opportunity. A couple hours later I came back for my appointment and was being prepped for a top molar extraction by Dr. Blundell. The Dental assistant was So genuinely compassionate and reassuring. The place was white glove spotless, equipment was technologically impressive, and I was never meant to feel like I was being "Fit In" to the schedule. Dr. Blundell worked..I mean worked to get this thing out. The local anesthesia was spot on and I felt literally No pain whatsoever. At the end of the day I walked out of there with a INNCREDIBLY REASONABLE bill, exemplary service, and they even had Journey playing in the background...I mean...what more cold you ask for???
