Petersburg I felt very comfortable with an Friendly Atmosphere Environment. I have a confession: In a big chicken when it comes to seeing a dentist! I've never found one who understands my unease and works to help me through that panic. So, when the root canal I'd had done 34 years ago broke last week, I was in a serious anxiety ridden mode. The dentist I went to see said that the post that held the crown in had snapped, and the only logical thing to do, would be to see an oral surgeon to pull it, then we could put in a partial denture. All I heard was "oral surgeon"! However, I don't like to torture myself waiting around, if I'm going to the chopping block, let's get it over! So, I called the place my dentist recommended - COASTAL JAW SURGERY - and they got me in with 2 days.
I saw Dr. Nicole Hernandez, explained to her just how TERRIFIED I am of dentists, and she actually listened and tried to reassure me. Not only that, but when she did the novacaine injection, I barely felt the needle! She made sure I was completely numb, explained as we went, and joked with me and her dental tech throughout, just to keep me calm. What an amazing, amazing doctor she is! She got the tooth out quickly and painlessly, and even called me that evening just to check on me - called me HERSELF, not having a tech do it.
I very HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hernandez if you need oral surgery of any sort. She's amazing, the staff are amazing, the offices are clean and neat - and they have branch offices local to just about anyone in the Tampa Bay Area. I'll definitely return for care if I ever need oral surgery again... why can't she just be my regular dentist?!

Unfortunately, I had to have a surprise extraction. I've never had issues with my teeth, had no idea what to expect. Dr. Rosati explained everything in detail, eased my nerves, extracted my tooth in less than 10 minutes, with NO pain! I am 10 weeks out, and I healed perfectly. Dr. Rosati's kindness and gentle demeanor is extraordinary, I recommend her 100% without hesitation.

This is Rainy Zednik , I had a tissue graft from roof of my mouth to the lower thinning gum line with Dr Lindsey Rosati , her and her team are absolutely amazing , I was in the best personal care I’ve ever experienced and I’d 110% recommend her and Coastal Jaw for any dental needs . I am the biggest wimp and zero pain threshold, I could not believe I felt nothing what so ever at all during my procedure surgery , my mind is blown !!!! Yes there is certainly a different recover experience but I was also informed in details what to expect so there were no surprises once I left her office . What an incredible team full of kindness, patience , sincerely caring about the individual need and highly professional.
