I've been seeing Dr. Lazaro for over 9 years now. He used to be the senior dentist in charge at the Bay Pines V A. While he was there, he replaced 4 of my teeth with implants. But since he left the V A, no one there is qualified to do implants anymore. So a few years ago the V A began sending me to his practice in Palm Harbor where he has completed 3 additional implants. And they're all perfect!
There's no words to express what a wonderful dentist and oral surgeon he is. He's the type of dentist that requires that everything is perfect. By far, he's the most conscientious doctor I've ever met.

The entire Staff and Dr. Lazaro are absolutely amazing. I would not go to any other oral surgeon’s office. From the very front desk all the way to the check out is a caring staff and Doctor. Having a piece of metal screwed into my jaw was of huge concern to me; however, after my first meeting with Dr. Pikos and his staff, I felt so comfortable with their professionalism and left trusting them to do anything!

Dr. Lazaro was kind and attentive during my oral surgery. He asked me continuoisly throughout the process to make sure that I was ok. When one of the teeth being removed proved to be more difficult to numb he was patient and made sure I couldnt feel anything before preceding. After having many unpleasant/painful experiences with different dentists in the past, this was a huge relief!
His assistant, (not sure of her exact title) Brittany, put me at ease as soon as I walked in and made sure I knew the realities of each of my options before proceding. She was also extremely friendly, polite and attentive throughout the entire experience! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in needs of dental work, especially those who are nervous about their procedures.
On top of everything, it ended up costing me about half as much as I had thought it would!
