My dentist referred me to Dr. Michael Pikos for extraction and implant procedures. I had broken a bottom back molar. After extracting the broken tooth, Dr. Pikos had to implant bone in my jaw. After the “new” bone grafted to my existing jawbone, he implanted a post for a new tooth. Dr. Michael Pikos is wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. His follow-up post-procedure is second to none with multiple outreaches during recovery to ensure his patients are healing well and comfortable. He treats every patient as if they were family and instills complete confidence during an otherwise stressful and scary time. I am convinced that Dr. Pikos and his staff are the best around, not only in Florida, but in the world. They use state of the art technology and always are caught up on the most current techniques. Every visit, I was greeted professionally and courteously. The entire staff is outstanding. Dr. Michael Pikos is absolutely one of the most kind and concerned medical professionals that I have ever experienced and there have been many. I can’t say enough about how pleasant he and his assistants were during the procedures. He even followed up almost two months after the new tooth was implanted to see how I was doing.
