I went to this office for an initial consultation after a referral from a root canal specialist who informed me I had a cracked root. I was under the impression that that specialist was going to forward some diagnostic imaging to Coastal Jaw, but it had not been done. The imaging cost was close to $300 and I didn't want to pay for another test. Rose was working at the reception desk and helped me out by ensuring the doctor here got access to the necessary imaging. She was very professional and empathetic to my plight. Thank you Rose!

Dr Lazara was very professional and did great job . Some of the office staff were a little abrupt. If you need a prescription filled after surgery it should be a courtesy for the staff to call it in to your pharmacy. The MA discouraged a call into the pharmacy by telling me they would not be able to call until 5:00. Imagine driving to your pharmacy full of gauze and blood draining and then waiting 20 minutes? They need to work on that and be more mindful of the patient.
