First of all, I failed PMP test on my first try. Yes, first try, despite going through all the necessary protocol: I went through the training for requisite 37 hours, read the PMBOK Guide cover to cover and with the assistance of some Free Simulation Sites for more than three months. My exam was CBT and at first I was very confident, but immediately I attempted the first 10 questions I got completely demoralized. I immediately realized the exam questions were all scenario-based questions unlike the questions adopted by the Free Simulation Sites I reviewed before the exam. The truth is that the PMP exam evaluates your understanding of the PM concepts not just what you have memorized from the Guide. As an IT person, I have written over 10 certification exams over the years but that was the first exam I failed, so that experience was a serious disappointment. After the exam, I knew i must change my approach in order to succeed on my second try. First of all, I knew i had to get some additional materials to augment the PMBoK guide and again find a simulation site that has a scenario-based questions to test my preparations. I had a discussion with my immediate boss (who is PMP Certified too) in the office and he was surprised I didn't even read Rita Mulcahy book before sitting for the exam. So I later went to the internet and reviewed the best PMP simulation sites and the result showed the PM Prepcast site has the highest rating among many sites evaluated by Google users. Remember my new approach was getting additional materials and signing for PM Prepcast simulation, because the truth is that the pmp test syllabus covers merely 75% pmbok guide designed in a scenario-based style. I immediately signed for PM Prepcast simulation (only) and read the new materials side by side with the pmp guide for another three months before my second try. On the 9th of March 2019, I sat for the test (Paper Based Test this time around) again and luckily I received my result on the 27th March and passed with flying colours (four ATs and one T) courtesy to this new approach. I must give credit to Prepcast, because all its questions are tailored in a scenario-based approach, and I can testify like many other pundits, that their questions are more difficult than the real pmp exam. Based on my personal experience, If I’m to compare the difficulty level of the two, and let’s assume the pmp exam is on level 1, then Prepcast simulation must be on level 3. Remember, even in ordinary Game, higher levels are more difficult and I suppose that was the model the developers exploited in deploying the Prepcast questions-bank. As Expected, my exam went smoothly and in fact I got to the ‘Finish Line’ 20 minutes earlier. I utilized the 20 minutes to review the marked questions and all other questions with calculation. For me, the PM Prepcast is the best pmp simulator in the world and I will always recommend it to other PMP aspirant. So far I have recommended it to two of my colleagues presently undergoing PMP classes.

I relied on Prepcast to refine my understanding of PMBOK concepts in the final stage of my PMP prep. Relied heavily on quizzes and then switched to full-sized tests. The descriptions of right and wrong answers were well written and helpful. For me, this was a critical step for passing the PMP

mock exams from project-management-precast are extremely helpful for candidates to prepare for highly situational questions. It not only explains why an answer is correct but also elaborates why other choices are incorrect. Its beauty is that candidates can practice in varieties of way such as based on knowledge area, processes, tools & techniques etc . Its evaluation analysis carefully reflects area of strength and weakness of a candidate and provide right direction to improve.

This exam simulator is a great tool for preparing PMP exam. I attended 10 tines quize and 4 full test just before my PMP exam. When I sat for PMI PMP exam, I was surprised that the question pattern is so much similar to the Prepcast simulator. During PMI exam, Just it gave the feeling that I am giving prepcast mock test which enhanced my confidence level. So thanks prepcast team to provide such an ausome simulator tools to us.

Excellent source for exam preparation - I made significant progress going through all the mock exams, and scored 5ATs for my PMP exam at first attempt. The questions are high quality and the explanations helpful and detailed, even going down to explaining why each of the four options are right or wrong. Anything more to clarify I just had to look to the forum. Minor suggestions to help personalize the learning journey will be to allow user to switch to training mode for the mock exam such that it is no longer timed. I was also puzzled that I couldn’t access my earliest exam attempts for review - recent exams only show up to 5 most recent exams.

Like many people who decided to go for PMP journey, I researched some on-line courses and compared with sample contents and some evaluations on the web for a few days. And I selected PM Precast this Spring & passed the exam last weekend in my first try. If I say this one is the best on-line course in the market, I must be lying. Because I didn't took the other ones and no enough data to compare them with this one. Saying like that is not fair & I don't want to pretend to know about something I really don't know. But what I can say is that I've never regretted my decision in a single moment since I started this course. All the contents, guidance, support, were all beyond my expectation. And without this, I would'n have passed. That's something that I will tell if my friends want to go for the PMP journey and ask my advise.

I used a PMP emulator and it helped me very successfully pass the test from the first attempt and get a PMP certification. Although I had some difficulties with translation, since the emulator is only in English, and I was using translation into Arabic. The questions are similar to the real test questions, and there is an explanation of all the question options, something very cool. It is truly the assistant that leads you to success. All thanks and appreciation .

Passed my exam the first try. I purchased both the online lesson and the exam simulator. The Simulator was a must have. Doing the mock exam is a must, it gets you familiarize with the type of question you will get in the exam, so you are parepared.

I passed my first effort. The materials available are excellent. The two items I purchased were PrepCast and the Exam Simulator. PrepCast When listening to PrepCast you must pay attention. Don't watch TV at the same time. I often listened while taking my morning walk. Often I would follow in PMBOK. Exam Simulator After going throught PrepCast, the Exam Simulator was used first to take untimed quizzes. I took a few dozen 30 question, untimed tests and often took tests including only those questions that were incorrect. (600 database plus questions). My initial scores correct ranged from just over 50% to 62% so don't be discouraged. I used the "snipping tool" to print all errors AND those questions that were correct but not clearly fixed in my mind. I probably printed over 1000 pages. When I got my percent up a little and had reviewed all incorrect questions...ONLY THEN did I take Exams 1-3. Same process here, took the exams untimed first, reviewed incorrect questions and correct questions I was not completely clear on. I kept stacks of paper roughly sorted from unlearned to unsure. I got my correct % up to around 85-90%. Then did my final reviewing before the test - mostly with the printed paper of those questions I was unsure of. during that final week I went back to review questions I answered incorrectly along with the paper. My final review was for about a week 4 hours per day including Sat and Sun pretty much for 7 days. Of course the questions are not the same as on the actual test but the more effort you put in...the better you will do. Good luck to all.

I purchased the PMP Exam Simulator and it was awesome! I recently passed the PMP exam on my first try and I can definitely say the simulator was as close as you can get to the real exam. The best part is the detailed explanation of the answers, and why the wrong answer you selected was wrong. I would definitely recommend to anyone taking the PMP exam. Definitely worth the investment in yourself!

I started studying the Rita's book in January, with a goal to finish it in the middle of February, which I did. I took notes and did well in all the tests. I was going to follow that up with a company sponsored boot-camp, but my new colleague swore by the PrepCast as a major reason why she passed her PMP test. I decided to save my company a couple of thousand dollars by opting for the PrepCast instead. I scheduled my exam for March, but that was cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to reschedule it as an online proctored exam in April and passed it with an overall "above target" grade. The PrepCast was definitely the best thing I could have bought and used to supplement my studying. The key, for me, was paying close attention to the questions I got wrong and reading the explanations to really understand why the right answers were indeed the correct answers. If you do that and pass the practice tests, you should have no problem passing the PMI exam. ...Thank you, PrepCast team. Cheers, 'Kunle
