Exceptional service and advice given! They really look after what you exactly need rather than upselling a bunch of optional stuffs! They even gave me a 10aud discount for the chain lube which almost made it free! Will definitely get my bike serviced with these guys in the future.

Trek Bicycle at the Coburg Store the service and communication was superb. As a first time customer I was able to explain the repairs to the staff and they were amazing from taking a bike in poor condition to a complete service the bike needed. Once the bike was repaired I got an email and text message. Afterwards all repairss were explained to me. So glad Trek Bicycle are in this area.

Lovely, caring staff. Brought in my bike for just a broken spoke, and had several other small issues brought to my attention and fixed. Quick, reasonably priced service too. Will definitely be coming back!
