I came to Precision as a first time Physio patient and was instantly impressed. Ron was extremely thorough and helpful and I felt very welcome. Ash helped my knee injury and slowly but surely, I am back to running normally. Most importantly, he explained the education about my pain and how to prevent and deal with it on my own moving forward. Gabriella was also very knowledgeable. Her, Ron and Ash make a great team!

Ron provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ash helped me with a chronic issue as well as acute neck pain. He was able to provide immediate relief, as well as fitting me into a busy schedule on a friday afternoon. It was much appreciated.

Got bit by a dog, tore up my arm. Couldn’t lift heavy things and it was STIFF. These men and women were able to help rehabilitate my arm, now I’m able to lift weights again and feel more comfortable. Great team, excellent service.

The whole team at Precision Physiotherapy is great. I injured my ankle and I have been receiving laser treatment. The day after my first session I woke up without pain for the first time since my injury. I would highly recommend going to Precision Physiotherapy.

I play considerably amount of sports and try to remain active with my routines all year around which is prone to injuries, and when it comes to getting recovered, gaining my strength, regaining ROM, rehabilitation etc. I cannot trust anyone except Precision Physiotherapy. Therapist here understand your body, make plan to your strengths and work very hard to get you recovered. Most importantly am very happy with remote/online sessions, was bit reluctant but after my first online session thought this is the best way going forward. My words might not be enough but my recovered ankles, shoulders and elbows are narrating this review, where now I can play, run and can do all range of exercises for all my routines.

As soon as I threw out my back I called Precision Physiotherapy and heard Ron's friendly voice on the line. I already felt better :) I had been to Precision Physiotherapy two years earlier when I had trouble with arm strain. Avi helped me then, and I knew I would get the same level of care for my back. This time around Ash was my saviour. All of the staff at Precision Physiotherapy in Dundas are marvellous. They are all knowledgeable, well trained, compassionate, and passionate about what they are doing. They make you feel welcome, and they encourage you every step of the way to get better. I have recommended Precision Physiotherapy before, and I would again. I would not consider going anywhere else, when I have such a great team right here in Dundas to take care of me. Thank you all!

My experience at Precision Physio was fantastic. Ash Worked with me and taught me a variety of stretches that strengthen the muscles in and around my shoulders to prevent further strain and discomfort, so I can make it through my day-to-day tasks as a hairstylist, pain free!

Went in with very bad damage to my ankle ligaments and poor range of motion ,
It’s safe to say Ash fixed me up back to 100%
Ash really takes the time to make a good connection with you and really takes the time to ask you everything that’s bothering you and addresses the issues

Dundas physiotherapy was able to diagnose an issue with my balance (BPV) that my family doctor was unable to address over 4 years. The initial exam was far more thorough than my physician ever did during examinations. Within the first half hour I had a diagnosis that was accurate and treatable from the physiotherapy clinic. That was a great relief in itself but as the first week passed, the symptoms I had for years began to disappear. The relief in the pain and the imbalance had improved so much it was astonishing. Ash gave me exercises for homework and built on the routine with each appointment. By the end of my sessions my symptoms were pretty much gone and I left there with a plan and exercises that I could depend on if the symptoms returned in the future. The staff at Dundas Physiotherapy were friendly and made me feel valued as their client. The day I walked in the door my life changed. I feel secure and stable on my feet for the first time in many years. My symptoms and pain are 99% better than when I began. Ash and Ron are my hero’s. Thanks Dundas Physio!

During a scary time like a pandemic where access to healthcare is limited and our inclination is to stay home, hurting myself quite seriously was the last thing I thought would happen. A simple sudden movement in my back yard tore a muscle. I couldn’t walk and was in pain. I was also scared. Reaching out to Precision Physiotherapy in Dundas was the best thing I could have done. As I had been to emergency and was in quarantine as a precaution, my first few visits were virtual and very helpful and productive. Once I was able to go into the clinic the experience was great. Encouraging, enthusiastic, professional and caring, my treatment was successful and I have regained full movement. Ash and Ron made this situation pleasant and one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had; they really are exceptional healthcare providers!

Was diagnosed w/ tendon inflammation on my right leg.. doctor said I would need physiotherapy and I could go to any physio.. i chose Precision Physiotherapy and I'm glad I chose this location. I was involved in an unfortunate ATV ACCIDENT in June of 2019, I fractured 2 vertebrae in my lumbar spine as well as sever muscle strains.
I was referred to Precision therapy by my sister who had seen Ash after a rare muscular issue she developed after having a baby.
Right from my first consultation with everyone at precision therapy it was a great experience at the time I was not aware of the severity of my injury as I was up north when I had the accident and the hospital did not do XRAYS. Once ash saw me he knew right away I had “more” wrong then what I was told at the hospital and instructed me to contact my family Dr that is when I had my emergency xrays to disclose my full injury.
Since then Ron & Ash have been amazing to deal with, anyone with this severe of an injury knows that dealing with the injury on its own is difficult never mind all the insurance paperwork and other hoops your expected to jump through even though you’ve never dealt with any thing like this before. THIS is where precision went above and beyond, Ron has guided me and assisted me (even when I’ve lost my patience)with all necessary paperwork/forms that is requested by insurance and Doctors.
I go to precision therapy 2-3 times a week and with my busy work schedule Ron always find a way to accommodate me and make things work.
Next is Ash my physiotherapist, when I walked into their clinic I could barley walk 10feet without wanting to collapse, after 9 months of therapy, and all the treatment plans/exercises that Ash provided for me I was able to return to a job of modified work, but as a family of 1 income and 3 children under 5 this on it’s own I couldn’t ever thank them enough. I also work with Dryden who is training under Ash, and he is also very good to help with stretches, he is very knowledgeable and personable.
I recently started doing some massage therapy with Anne as well and I find a big difference when I can do my 2 days of physio and 1 massage squeezed in.
The biggest difference I have heard between other physiotherapy clinic and Precision is, their staff is with you through out your whole experience and they keep you motivated for “Your” successful recovery, even though they are busy the cleanliness of their clinic is never compromised either this place is always spotless not sure how they do it but hats off to them. Precision is not like most clinic that just tell you to do stretches and hook you up to machines then tell you to make sure your doing your stretches at home, these guys walk you through everything, they listen and ask questions and modify their treatment plans as required to deal with real time progress of the injury.
I would recommend Precision therapy Dundas to anyone who truly needs help to recovery back to full strength these guys are the place to go!!! I started as a client but these guys have made me feel like family now!!! Try them out you will not be disappointed!!!
