Everything was absolutely perfect! I requested a quote and Ethel followed up with me almost immediately. Communication was so easy, efficient, and friendly. The day that I requested, Alondra showed up with beautiful timing. She made sure she got a clear scope of what was expected, and started knocking it out. Ethel maintained communication during and after the service as well. They do an amazing job, yet they still want to keep making sure you are completely happy with their service. I was actually born and raised in Hawaii. I have to say that Aloha Maids truly embodies the aloha spirit with their service. I honestly felt like I was working with people from back home. I will recommend Ethel and Alondra to anyone and everyone. They went above and beyond every expectation, while still making it such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. As a new home owner, I will do my best to keep my house clean, but with work and military and two kids, I will never hesitate to call if I need them again. Mahalo nui loa Aloha Maids!
