I needed a move-in cleaning special when I called him at first I was skeptical, but they came on time cleaned very fast and did a deep clean. Very polite people. I was actually impressed on how well they did absolutely will use them again.

5 starts for great customer service!! Ethel from Aloha maids was most helpful in customizing a next day move in cleaning service in St. Augustine. Angela and her team were assigned to the cleaning and did a great job!! They did accidentally miss something the first go around, but with Ethel’s help we were able to notify Angela about what was forgotten and she came the very next day to finish the job. With Aloha you can be sure they will check in with you to make sure you receive the service you expect and work to see it through to the end.

Great personnel and cleaners every time, so polite, respectful, and super responsive. Cleaners have always been super communicative and accommodating to any interferences that may occur with me working from home in the process, which is much appreciated. Very easy to schedule services and navigate their website to be able to do everything, including payment and tipping, without having to pick up the phone. Will use for all cleaning services needs for the foreseeable future!
