Melissa and her team did a great job - again! They get down to business right away and the house was sparkling when they were done. All the ladies were pleasant and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again - especially Melissa.

Hannah was absolutely amazing! She is beyond professional, kind, and thorough. There was no complaints just an eagerness to make my place look as clean as possible. She walked me through everything she did and explained in depth. When I say my house was sparkling it was sparkling. Request her she is the absolute best!

Needed a move-out cleaning in 3 days. I was able to schedule online in less than 10 minutes. Someone reached out over phone to specify my needs and expectations. The maids were on time, super friendly, made our house look brand new (place was a mess). Our bill came as an email the next day for the exact same as what was estimated.

Aloha Maids does a good job with your cleaning reminder via emails and texts. If you need to reschedule, they work directly with you to make another appointment times.
Mary and Lupe clean our house. They will split up to clean different areas while working around our mom and her wheelchair. They are always pleasant if they need to adjust and work around mom needs (bathroom, bed or kitchen use). They do a decent job cleaning and pays attention when asked specific things to be clean. Overall, I enjoy the services.

The two that came to clean were on time and they were very attentive to the things I told them I wanted cleaned. They finished in exactly 2 hours. They were nice and I look forward to them cleaning every two weeks. I'm really happy to have found Aloha. I will be having them use my swiffer on the floor instead of there mop because the wood floors are streaked but it's because I am very particular about how I clean the floors. Swiffers are easy to see when the dirt is gone. It was still great service and I am happy. My house cleaners have cleaned 4xs now and I believe they have met all my cleaning needs. I am happy with both of them. They are a very nice couple. They were able to understand what I like done once I showed them on their 3rd visit. Everything looked great yesterday. Aloha maids is a great company. They are only as great as the people they send out to houses.

I think this company could be a hit or miss depending on your cleaner, so please note that we had Yaneth and Blanca. I was told they are experienced cleaners with good reviews from their clients. My experience was excellent. Price was steep $60/hour/cleaner, but this was the first service I have ever felt satisfied with. First of all the office was very responsive and helpful on the phone. Booking was so easy and accomodating to my schedule since they have so many cleaners to work with. Love that they also allow cancellation 24 hours before the appt too. I told them I needed a deep move in cleaning, but that my house was generally clean... so they suggested I do hourly instead. This allowed me to have the cleaners focus on what I wanted them to clean. I tend to clean before cleaners come, so they helped clean the inside of my windows and windowsills, shutters...all without extra charge. (They won't clean the outside unless you pay extra though.) I also had them focus on shutt
