The crew was presented a tough job, deep cleaning an older relative’s home. Basic vacuuming and kitchen cleaning were maintained but not much else for quite a while. Plus it’s just old and worn. The vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom has always held onto dirt because it is soft, and scratched easily. But they got it so white a family member joked it was too bright, and they needed sunglasses. The shower and bathroom fixtures were sparkling clean. The first photo shows dirt that had accumulated behind heavy drapes on a bedroom wall. The second (poor lighting) shows that dirt gone. Bathroom & kitchen floors look amazing. They were very thorough and even removed spots that we thought were just wear. We are very pleased. Oh- forgot to mention, we booked on Saturday for a crew to come Tuesday! All communication was great, with the crew and coordinators.
