I've used Aloha Maids several times, most recently to do a deep cleaning when moving out of my apartment. They were on-time, incredibly responsive and did a great job on the apartment! Moving is always a stressful process and they've made part of it much easier.
A couple years ago, I also used Aloha Maids to provide a regular bi-weekly cleaning services. At the time, I did a lot of research into other options and they were the only ones who were super flexible and made the booking process seamless. Their online system makes booking and rescheduling really easy and the possibility to have weekend cleaning is key. I've used a couple of cleaners due to scheduling changes and always found that they were excellent and left the house spotless!

So responsive & dependable! Over a year ago I used Aloha Maids for my parents' apartment in a sudden rush when they had been hospitalized & we wanted it clean for them. They come every 2 weeks and have provided very good cleaners. Now especially with COVID 19, we took a break & now we have resumed cleaning. The Newport Beach office is so nice, responsive & helpful!

I've had my apartment cleaned though Aloha Maids twice and both times it was a great experience. I'm actually new to this kind of service so wasn't sure what to expect but the first time I was really blown away by just how clean the place was after just three hours! The whole experience from scheduling to the communication and the actual cleaning is very good. I'm a regular customer now!

What a perfect first time experience! She was exactly on time, worked so hard for 3 hours and everything was so fresh, clean and sparkling when she was done! Right away, I scheduled a cleaning date in a month!

Just had our monthly cleaning yesterday at our two bedroom apartment down by the wedge in Newport and it was amazing!!! As always! We do the monthly package and every single time the cleanings are superb! The customer service is phenomenal and always willing to help out if you need to cancel or reschedule. I love the reminder texts to keep me aware of when they are coming. I couldn't recommend this cleaning service more!! Aloha!!
