I reached out to Aloha maids on Thursday afternoon and received a highly competitive for my 2300 sqft house. The owner Angel was very quick to respond and asked a few clarifying questions and gave me a personalized quote. I had received a few other quotes and Aloha Maids was the best with the incentive of multiple bookings. I asked for a next day cleaning and to set up the same day every other week and had my appointment confirmed with in an hour. They provided a 2 hour arrival window and they crew showed up with in 15 minutes of the start of that window. Angel then reached out during the clean to inquire how the process was going. They communicated mid way through some recommendations with pricing and were not pushy or anything when I declined. I have multiple dogs and 3 young kids and the crew sent did a phenomenal job! High highly recommend for not only the service provided but the level of communication and the simplicity of booking and being able to manage the booking through an online portal! 11/10 recommend!
