We had a great experience with Finger Lakes Comfort from start to finish. Jeremy’s evaluation and estimate was thorough, he answered our neverending questions and walked us through all the options and alternatives, and he made sure we understood the details of both the system we were getting and the installation process so we knew exactly what to expect.
For the installation itself, Jacob, Gabe, and Mason were professional, friendly, and their expertise was obvious throughout the install. We really appreciated the attention to detail and level of care they showed for both the equipment and our home (and our pets, for that matter). They went above and beyond, even calling our attention to an issue they discovered completely unrelated to the project that we’d never have known about otherwise, turning what could have been a major headache down the road into an easy fix. The installation was done on-schedule and on-time, and everything is working even better than expected. We’ll definitely be going back to FLC in the future. Thanks again!

This is the second job FL Comfort has done for me. The first was a no brainer but the second made up for that. In both cases FL Comfort were prompt and knowledgeable in their service. Tony bent over backwards (literally) to climb under my sink and make things right. Pricing was fair. I will not hesitate to use their service again in the future. These are my 'go to' plumbers now.

Absolutely love this company!! 10/10 will always recommend. I so happened to need them within a couple weeks of each other and they were super quick with scheduling both times. I love that they sent out the same technician since he already knew what was going on the first time!! Prices are very fair too.
