On a 85 degree late on a Sunday afternoon, FLC's Tech, Zak, responded within 15 mins of the call for no A/C! He arrived within a hour and had cooling restored in less than 60 mins! He was professional, personable and very thorough!

We are very happy with Finger Lakes comfort . Our oil tank was leaking in the basement . The firemen were here for several hours emptying out the tank . But we still needed more emptied . Howard Young the driver came the very next morning and finished pumping out the tank. He did a great job the customer service was wonderful.
