The guys were great. Service was prompt, the guys showed up on time with everything they needed to complete the repair. They even straightened out a couple minor issues from a previous installation. They showed concern for my home and my pets. They were genuinely concerned that my needs were meant to my completely satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and disposed of the old equipment that they replaced. Price was fair. Im 100% satisfied. Fingerlakes Comfort will be my new "go to" company for my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing needs. Solid 5 stars!
