The gentlemen that worked on my house were very kind, polite, efficient, they answered my questions, were very respectful of my and my home, and even brought my garbage totes back up after the garbage truck came, and shoveled my sidewalk!
They explained about the services and the water pump they installed, and worked on the coldest, windiest days!
I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had several issues going on with 25 y/o oil furnace that resulted in a no heat situation. Finger Lakes Comfort ended up having to make two separate service calls as one of the issues causing no heat was intermittent (ended up being a fuel pump). The repairmen were both highly professional and respectful to our property; calls were promptly returned for service from the office. The furnace is now running better then ever, many thanks!!

I highly recommend Finger Lakes Comfort for anyone looking to upgrade or install heating systems. We recently had a propane boiler installed and our entire heating system converted from fuel oil to propane. The job was anything but easy, as it required working under an old foundation house with very low head space, but their team didn’t back down. The technicians worked tirelessly for over 10 hours, even staying late into Friday night to ensure that our family had a working heating system before the weekend.
Not only did they get the job done, but the crew was incredibly polite, professional, and communicative. They kept us informed about any issues that arose and made sure we were satisfied with the work every step of the way. I like how professional this company is. I called & was able to talk to someone right away about what my plumbing issues were, get an idea of pricing & set up an appointment for a quote. Other companies did not do this, and you are left guessing & open to surprises. Some companies don't even bother to call you back! The technician was friendly & easy to explain things to. He worked very hard & got my plumbing updated in a timely manner. You also get a warranty in case any work done has an issue or needs to be tweaked. I've used them twice & highly recommend!
