My heat wasn’t working at all. Tony called me back within 30 minutes of me calling the emergency line. He was at my house and had my heat going again within the next hour and a half. Very kind people. Efficient and professional. Would 100% recommend them. Thank you Tony!

Great service! I called needing help with my intermittent furnace problems and they were able to send someone the very next day. Steve was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions, of which I had many. Professional and timely and helped put my mind at ease about many things. Gave me useful recommendations to help keep my furnace system working properly. Very pleased!

Very timely, notified ahead of arrival, Tony was very patient with me and assured me it will work until new is installed. If furnace goes out prior they will furnish space heaters.

I am so pleasewitg the service I recieved! They were friendly and helpful on the phone. The service tech, Zac, was efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to restore heat to my home and upgraded my thermostat while he was here (at my request, not an upsell). I was thrilled that he hot everything done in one shot! The service tech also arrived 5 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival window. I will happily use them again for future needs. Thank you!

If you're looking for GREAT service and Great people this is the company you wanna hire! They did a BEAUTIFUL job at my house. They installed a heat pump hot water heater(it's awesome I can't quit going in and looking at it) and did work in my attic to fix things that were left a mess by another company.. They chalked places in my house where cold air was coming in and they were very meticulous.. It was VERY neat and looked great! they took great care in making sure everything was done right and everything was cleaned up after they were finished. Thank You so much Finger Lakes Comfort Inc. You guys are are the best!
