This is truly a company that goes above and beyond for customers. We use Finger Lakes Comfort to service the furnace and A/C system.
A few days before Christmas, the furnace began faulting and shutting down. Greg, Dan, and the team came to check on the furnace and restart it, but then it failed completely another day later.
The team at Finger Lakes Comfort were able to fit us in to install a new furnace, right before severe cold weather hit the area. We are very grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism!
