Greg and his crew have literally done everything from Soup To Nuts in my house including new water heater and furnace. Service is absolutely stellar. No detail is overlooked. Any service call has been returned in 24 hours or less. That in itself is amazing.

I was very pleased with the workmanship shown with heater that Finger Lakes Comfort recently installed at my home.
The technicians were professional and fitted the heater in a difficult position. There was one small issue after the installation and Finger Lakes Comfort had a technician to our home within 24 hours and they remedied the issue within minutes. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed.

I called them at 7am Thanksgiving morning. Steve answered and listened to my plumbing issue. He told me that he smdoesnt usually work on the holidays, but because it crashed effecting me cooking Thanksgiving dinnerhe said he would come take a look anyway.
He showed up about 2 hrs later and within the hour, he had taken care of my plugged main sewer line.
He was so helpfull, and definitely knows his craft well. I will call him for any future plumbing issues.
