Finger Lakes Comfort is very reliable and provides quality service at competitive pricing. My new furnace was installed on a Tuesday and at the end of the workday the installer advised that they had diagnosed a faulty part and that they would be able to replace this part on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the installer replaced the part but replacing the part did not resolve the issue. The company sent an expert to further diagnose the issue on Wednesday late afternoon and he determined that a new blower motor was needed. On Thursday, another service technician installed a new blower motor but wasn't satisfied that the issue was permanently addressed and, so, on Friday, the installers put in a second new furnace! This company provides high quality service and doesn't leave your home until the job meets their standard of excellence. I highly recommend this company!

The team came out and did lot's of stuff for me. I would highly recommend them to do your work. They were a bunch of good guys answered all my questions and went up and beyond what they needed to do. Tony did a great job and was very thorough! However, he arrived nearly one hour late. I called FL Comfort at 2:30, then just 30 minutes after are scheduled time and the receptionist said he was running late but I received no text as I have in the past stating this. Ironically, 3 minutes after I hung up I received a text saying Tony was going to be late or enroute. Tony was professional and kind and it is not his fault no one communicated with me that he was held up on a prior job.

FLC is a great company. From Jackie on the phone answering my many questions also returning calls in a timely manner. The emergency line was very helpful and attentive to the issues. The service is the best. They were patient with me and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I recommend them completely

Our sales person Jeremy was great. He answered all of our many questions and help us make the right choice for our home. Jackie communicated the install plan and time frame. Per our request they brought the line hide cover early so my husband could paint it to match our house color. The crew that installed our mini split system were great . Zach and the guys with him were very professional and detailed oriented. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Finger Lakes Comfort. Thank you for a job well done
