I had a really great experience with Finger Lakes Comfort, Inc right from the very beginning with my first phone call requesting assistance. From the initial walk through with the project manager to completion of the project, the entire crew was incredibly friendly, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Also, I'm a caretaker for family members with special needs and the entire crew was really understanding and patient with all of the extra commotion, which I truly appreciated. It was incredibly impressive how they worked together to complete a project that expanded to every floor of a 3-story home in less than 48 hours, while balancing work with other local projects. The hot water tank that was replaced, was in a more hazardous condition than originally thought. So it is truly by the grace of God that the crew arrived with their expertise when they did, because it could have been a really dire situation and for that I will always be grateful. All of the staff and crew that I interacted with went above and beyond and I feel extremely blessed to have met such a great group of individuals. I would absolutely recommend Finger Lakes Comfort, Inc to anyone. This is a top tier company. Thank you again and God Bless!
