The service tech found that a chipmunk had chewed wires inside the condenser so that the fan worked but not the condenser for the A/C. He fixed the wires and recommended we fill the gaps with steel wool. We were very pleased with the service, but not so pleased with the chipmunk.

We are doing a total renovation of our home and FLC is doing a great job getting all aspects of the plumbing redone including water connections, sewer, hot water tank and running new plumbing to the kitchen and baths. They are very knowledgeable and professional and we highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

The on site technicians were super friendly, provided great feedback and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They cleaned up like you would never know they were there.
