I would like say what a GREAT experience from the time I called them to setup an appointment to have someone to come out and give us a quote right on through the set up of our new heat pump. Jeremy- came into our home he listened to what my husband and I and what were looking for. Then he made some suggestions on different things and answered all our questions. We end up going in a completely different direction after talking to Jeremy about the different options. Mark and I wanted to talk to someone that had a heat pump put in by FLC. Jeremy set up a call with a current client that had almost the same set up as we would have. They talked to us about the experience and they could not have said enough good things about team from FLC. Jacob and Curtis this team was AMAZING. I’m not even sure where to begin. Jacob and Curtis were here at our home for 6 days putting all new ductwork in and the heat pump unit in during 90 degrees days worked very hard to get the job done on time. Jacob and Curtis were here and ready to work every day! Went above and beyond what they had done. Jacob and Curtis cleaned everything up. Jacob explained every day to my husband and I what they have completed for the day and explained the unit to us. Jacob called us as we had left to go out of town for a few days why they were finishing up the job and they took great care of our home. Jacob called us on his day off to make sure we were happy with everything when we got home. Jackie I would really like to thank you for your help in getting us on the schedule for installation and getting the paperwork done for the rebates. Lastly I cannot remember the other girl in the office but thank you for your return called so we could get the ball rolling. Thank you Mark and Karen
