Chris and Craig came out to help at my grandmother's house while I was at work. We had been struggling with a toilet drain clog for over a week, and it was backing up into the tub. The guys went into the crawl space and check all of the pipes to ensure no damage or leaks. They also checked the bathroom thoroughly. They were very informative about what the next step would be and the potential risks of the efforts. After every intervention, the called and informed me about the next step. Ultimately, they were able to clear a difficult clog in the drain with no addition problems being created, and took several steps to ensure that it was functioning properly before leaving. At the end, the owner Greg chose to donate the service to my grandmother, costing us nothing out of pocket. I will definitely use the service again and support this veteran owned business.
EDIT: 1/31/2024 - I've gone with them a few times at this point. They just replaced my water heater today after it quit on me. The crew was really, tidy, and courteous the whole thing and let me know what they were doing. They will definitely have work in the very near future.

I would highly recommend this company for your insulation and energy efficiency needs. They spent the better part of a week improving the energy efficiency of my home and did a great job. Every little bump in the road we hit they responded with professionalism and excellence. They showed up at the time they said they would show up and respected my space. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards which is not common. Five stars for sure!

Very professional and friendly service from Jeremy and Dan. They conducted a thorough energy audit and provided valuable information regarding upgrades to enhance our energy efficiency. I have full confidence they will do an excellent job performing those upgrades.
Update: We recently had the insulation upgrade and the installation of a new high efficiency boiler by the Finger Lakes team. They did a great job. We are very pleased with the friendly and professional manner in which the entire crew handled our installation. Thanks to Jake, Colby, Dan, Shawn, Jackie and Jeremy. We would recommend Finger Lakes Comfort to anyone looking for high quality HVAC service.
Post-3rd party inspection: We remain more than satisfied with the installation. The 3rd party inspector had no issues with the insulation upgrade nor the boiler install and advised that the work was well done.
