I have met two of the employees from this company Jeremy for a furnace estimate and Steve for a plumbing estimate. They were very helpful and explained things so I could understand what is needed. Jeremy went above and beyond giving me ways to help.
They are very punctual, keep in contact all the way. The ladies on the phone are personable also. Everyone makes you feel like you matter and they really want to find ways to help.

Finger Lakes Comfort Inc. was the only company, out of six called, who sent a technician on Christmas Eve at 4 pm. He came within half an hour, and expertly resolved the problem with the furnace. He was friendly and the price was reasonable.
