We needed a new hot water heater, and they were able to come out quickly. They quoted a price before they arrived, and it was very competitive. Despite having to deal with a couple of challenges during installation, they were upbeat, very polite, and neat. I highly recommend Finger Lakes Comfort and will call them again.

They took care of installing a sump pump system with drainage. They came back to redo one aspect of it right away and I'm very happy with the job they did. Would absolutely recommend them. Also Did cleaning and service on my furnace so I'm definitely ready for cold weather. Five stars!
