I submitted a request to be contacted on Finger Lakes Comfort’s website to have annual maintenance done to my furnace and I received a prompt call to schedule an appointment (Star #1 earned). The technician, Christopher, was fantastic. Not only was he on time at 7:30am (Star #2 earned), he was thorough in his assessment, explanation & completion of his work (Star #3 earned), he brought our intake/exhaust pipes on the exterior of our home up to code (Star #4 earned) and he was an all-around professional by being respectful of us & our home (Star #5 earned). I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

My furnace had stopped working about 3 a.m. I called about 8 a.m. to see if someone could come and check out my furnace. Zack arrived about 9:30. He identified that I had 2 options. I could replace the motor or purchase a new furnace. Zack was very knowledgeable able furnaces and was very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Finger Lakes Comfort to anyone.

Mark was great. He’s someone I trust completely with my home. Very experienced and knowledgeable. We had a fire alarm go off late last week due to possible issue with furnace. He explained everything with my furnace system (very little info since home was a foreclosure) and made me feel much more comfortable knowing my family was safe.
