The two gentlemen who showed up to do the work were on time and very professional acting. The one who was training the other one was doing a fantastic job and was very friendly and explained everything to me as well. The job area was totally cleaned up when they left taking all the trash with them.
In December of 2019 I also had this company install a new oil burning furnace which again they did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up. They have also been back two times to do the maintenance for the yearly cleaning on the oil burner and that was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company and I have a couple of more projects I'd like them to do.

Once again, a great experience. Finger Lakes Comfort delivers excellence in every repair. As a landlord with multiple units in multiple locations, it is hard to find a reliable, "go to" resource for plumbing and heating repairs. Finger Lakes Comfort is that resource for us.

Notified through every step of the process. Greg was great! Listened to the symptoms, made a determination, then got to work. While we didn't find the culprit from the cleaning (assumed it was a small piece of plastic blocking the 'other stuff' from going down the drain), once he was done, the water flowed as it should. It must've gotten chewed up by the snake. Great communication and great service!

FL Comfort was at my home more than me! I cannot say enough about their professionalism, quality of work, and determination to make it right. They came in the middle of the night and I live in the middle of nowhere - they followed up to make sure everything was OK - they even resolved a problem that stumped everyone else! We had a plumbing emergency on a Thursday night and they came right out. They found the problem, made a temporary fix for the night and then spent the next day replacing some new pipes we needed and got the job done very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, and very professional. They even arrived an hour early to get the job done the next day! Impressed. Would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Gary the service rep is great. I called them at 5pm with no heat, and by 7pm we were up and running. Every other company I called told me 2-3 day wait. Very reasonable with prices. Glad we used them today and we will in the future!

I am very impressed with the quickness and professionalism of this company. We woke up to water leaking from our pump. My wife called snd within 20 minutes they were knocking on the door. Adam was in and out and fixed the leak. I can't say enough about them. Thank you.

On memorial day weekend my central air died in my house. I called numerous larger companies in the area, and nobody had any technicians on call. I then tried finger Lakes home comfort and a technician called me within five minutes. They communicated very well and when they would be out. Dan came out and did a great job! He diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. The air conditioner is working great now. He pointed out a few other things that were wrong with the air-conditioner that no other contractor has noticed in the past couple years. I will definitely have them come out and fix it and recommend them to other people.
