I called Finger Lakes Comfort, plumbing, and heating. Scheduling was pleasant and easy with Jesse in the office. Tony arrived to locate the cause of the rust inside the furnace. He meticulously searched all possibilities and discovered an almost imperceptible stain from water coming in my fresh air intake pipe. A quick look at the line outside the house confirmed his suspicion. He had what he needed to quickly fix the problem. He then did the yearly maintenance diligently and thoroughly, explaining to me everything he was doing. Tony has a great eye, excellent knowledge and a friendly demeanor. I will definitely call these guys again and I will request Tony. Oh, also the price was more than fair.
