The food was great, healthy and hearty, but the manager 'Angelique' came and checked on our table, and asked how is everything, it truly showed how much she cares about the customer's experience and the kind of culture they have at the restaurant. Angelique also did something only great and skilled business leader would do, so she made that decision of offering a discount coupon/card for our next visit, which made our family's experience very exceptional. I would recommend for everyone to give a try, its worth the shot.

True Food is perfect if you're looking for something healthy & delicious. I love their turkey burger with sweet potato hash! Today I also tried the sparkling mango tea & it was good. Always good service & a great atmosphere as well!

One of the best restaurants in all the Woodlands. Their menu is always unique and fresh. They seem to be able to hire some of the best staff that are extremely helpful and no the menu inside and out. I’ve been here multiple times and I can tell you that I will continue to come. I’m always amazed by the concoctions they put together. Thank you very much for a fantastic meal.

My family and I had a late lunch at True Food 04/10.
Our server for the afternoon was Simon. He really made the experience very pleasant. He was very informative of the menu. He pointed us to new spring items of which we had the new Vegan Cheese Burger. It was so delicious and very filling. I suggest getting the kale salad with it. Simon was also very friendly and we appreciate the service he provided. True food always has such great employees.
