Carlos and his crew are extremely thorough and efficient. It took them approx. 4 hours to load up a 3 bedroom house, including a motorcycle, extremely heavy/large safe, a large armoire, And 50 large/heavy 50 gallon bins. The unloading process was much faster, and took only 3 hours. They provide you with a clipboard and itemized list (each item is numbered), call out each number as it comes off of the truck, and then you cross it off and tell them where you would like it placed within your home (be prepared, this process is rapid fire and you had better be ready.) They were able to get both the safe and armoire up to the second floor without any problems or damage. The motorcycle returned in the same condition that it left in (which was my biggest fear.) My only minor concern was that there was no one in the crew familiar with how a motorcycle works (gears, brakes, clutch, where and where not to lift it from, etc), so I helped them maneuver it in and out of their truck. Also, they will want to pack the motorcycle tight (sideways) in the truck, so just watch them when they lift it that they grab onto something solid like the frame or wheel, and not a fender or saddlebag (that was the one thing that I had to point out.) But as I said earlier, there was absolutely no damage to the motorcycle cosmetically or mechanically. Nothing was damaged in the house as a result of the delivery, nor did they track in any dirt or debris (which was impressive because it had rained all night and only stopped a couple of hours before they showed up.) They laid down heavy walking mats throughout all of the traveled areas of the house. Initially I was a bit leery about the language barrier (as Carlos seemed to be the the only one completely fluent in English), but there where no communication issues whatsoever. Carlos was extremely skilled when it came to maneuvering the 18 wheeler, and did not drive over the lawn, bushes, hit trees, or anything else. The delivery was to a gated community with narrower streets and much less turning radius and inlet/outlet access, but Carlos had no issues maneuvering the 18 wheeler throughout the neighborhood. The true test of how good a moving company is, is whether or not you would use them again; and the answer is resoundingly YES!!!
