I had a really great experience with Mo Dardy, who managed delivery of my goods stored long term in Virginia. He provided excellent communication, was on time and made quick work of the delivery. He and Jay were an absolute pleasure to work with. They ensured no further damage was done to my belongings, which had unfortunately been improperly boxed and stored at the warehouse. Without them, the damage, particularly to the wooden furniture, would have been worse. Mo and Jay provided blankets and took great care of my things. They were the good part of this experience. They get the 5 stars. The storage facility does not.
